Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:

1. Conceptualization & execution of new products & build overall marketing strategy.

2. Plan and execute marketing strategy in close conjunction with the sales team.

3. Manage and develop network of external agencies / Vendors to ensure high quality delivery of marketing activities

4. Be customer facing to drive :

a. Best in class Retail execution and Measurement as per processes

b. Consumer engagement activities primarily BTL/ on ground to build consideration and preference.

c. Channel Partner engagement initiatives - to drive sell out

5. Ensure financial planning and adherence of processes.

6. Build a marketing calendar capturing Launches, channels initiatives, festivals, Consumer promotion, BTL activities to drive sell outs

7. Regularly monitor and Manage activities with sales teams to ensure 100% execution at retail.

Key Deliverables:

1. High quality influencer Management and market activation

2. Sell out focused tactical activities to support sales team

3. Smooth rollout of all marketing campaigns & product launches

Key Stakeholders:

1. Sales team- of the respective locations

2. Marketing channel owners

3. Cross Function team (Finance/Logistics/Care)
