Assistant Manager - Procurement/Sourcing (Agrochemicals)
- Drive the implementation of optimal sourcing strategies that align to the org. obj. & deliver value to the business across all segments by ensuring timely availability of materials and services as per applicable cost & quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage reports and documentation control.
- To negotiate price, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- To maintain and update purchasing records.
- To prepare a cost comparison of material pricing.
- To evaluate and implement Vendor Development Program.
- To expedited and improve timely delivery by suppliers.
- To manage supplier performance to achieve deliverables in Key performance measures.
- To resolve supplier quality issues, payment & routine issue.
- To handle Sampling Management, sample order, Tracking samples.
Qualification And Experience:
i. B.Tech or BSc with PG in Materials Management with Experience of Minimum 10+ years in Procurement/ Sourcing in Agrochemicals Industry & knowledge in Packaging Procurement, strategic sourcing, market intelligence on commodity Materials.
ii. Good business acumen.
