Role & Responsibilities:
- Good analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholders into functional/technical requirements.
- Adept at preparing business requirements documents (BRD- s), defining project plans, and delivering project/status reports.
- Well versed with analysis use case development and process modeling.
- Lead and worked with teams to examine and solve business problems by accurately analyzing the needs of clients and helping them achieve improved quality and value for their customers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a results-oriented attitude.
- Significant experience related to preparation of PPTs, Research using primary and secondary databases and must have good working knowledge of excel
Qualification And Skills:
- MBA from a premier institute
- Experience as a trainer will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales methodology related certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Project management skills & an excellent coordinator.
