Assistant Manager - Process Engineering - FMCG

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Process Engineering with one of the topmost FMCG Cos. of India. The position is to be based at haridwar or Baddi.

Job Profile:

Responsible for execution of Process Engineering Strategy and deliverables aligning with the company's strategic direction, values and goals in service functions

- Development & Implementation of Processes & Systems across all functions at H.O. and R & D centre

- Automated work-flow systems for cross functional processes/ approval process (CAPEX, MC approval process, BOM process, NPD process, Change management, Deviation management etc.)

- Samurai Lean Six Sigma projects ( Yellow Belt/ Green Belt) - all functions at H.O.

- Process Excellence initiatives at H.O. ( 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management etc.)

Education & Relevant Experience:

- B.Sc / B.Tech preferably a certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in all facets of Process & Quality and Lean Six Sigma & DFSS implementation in transactional processes (Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HR, R & D etc.)

Knowledge and Business Understanding:

- Knowledge of Regulatory & statutory requirements related to product quality & product safety

- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000 etc.)

- Knowledge of Chemical testing procedures and composition of related Personal care products

- Thorough understanding of quality norms

- Understanding of manufacturing process for the product being manufactured in question

Salary : Around Rs.16. to 18.0 Lpa

Location: Haridwar, Baddi
