Job Description - This role focuses on the development, deployment and activation of Analytics Products supporting the digital agenda.

The Business Analyst supports the Engagement Leads & the Lead Product Manager to understand the business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and agree functional scope and implementation plans. They lead the demand capture and translate it into functional specification for the analytics product.

Description

Key accountabilities:

Interface with business stakeholders to understand and capture the high-level business requirements & data demand, and translate this into the products & capabilities Understand the data requirements and assess the gaps in data availability by liaising with data team Act as a key interface between squad members and the business to facilitate efficient working relationships Work with the Product Managers & Engagement Leads to specify the high-level analytics product design, in order to support the Product Managers in the development of the business cases. Assist the business in change impact assessments and development of change management plans, with the aim of adoption in markets
