Job Description :

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.

- Providing day-to-day hands-on sales execution support, including marketing requirements.

- Providing tailored/customized deal centric proposal content.

- Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather inputs and articulate them in the response.

- Identifying and securing approval of appropriate credentials and case studies for proposal responses.

- Engaging with a range of internal support teams to source and validate information, such as IT, Finance,HR, etc.

- Work across all practice areas offered

- Manage the credential management and update process

- Knowledge Management of key marketing material and ensuring regular updates are shared.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- The overall experience of 3-5 Years.

- Experience in Bid management and tender preparation in Government/PSU/ Private sector (Mandatory)

- Strong skills in writing, pitch presentations, standard and non-standard responses to RFP

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Proficient in MS Office, Online Tender Search, Tendering/Procurement Portals

- Experience in directly dealing with senior and internal stakeholders preferred

- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, including fluency in English

- Efficient and effective coordination abilities, strong liaison and interpersonal skills

- Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred
