About the Company:
A US-based Fin-Tech company is looking for an Assistant Manager-PPC Marketing with minimum 5 years of experience to implement Pay-Per-Click media strategies.
This company is 12 years old, on a very fast growth path, well-funded, stable, profitable and already a unicorn. Company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
About the Role:
This is a critical role wherein the role holder will be responsible to manage initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of paid media campaigns on SEM and display advertising platforms, including Google, Bing and Social Media campaigns.
Target Profile:
Minimum 5 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click advertising (PPC).
Location:
This position will be based out of its Product Development Center in Delhi-NCR
Role Requirements:
- You will work with India and US Marketing teams and contribute towards strategic online marketing campaigns (Primary focus is on SEM)
- Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Yahoo/Verizon Oath, Bing Ads and other search platforms and social media advertising.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important SEM account metrics.
- Manage the creation of large, targeted keyword lists for B2B audiences.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage display advertising campaigns, including Gmail/Ymail ads, YouTube Ads, Responsive display ad units and social media ads.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, bid modifiers, ad extensions, geo-targeting and other facets of paid search.
- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click advertising (PPC).
- Minimum Graduate qualification
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo / Oath, etc).
- Experience of managing paid search for financial domain.
- Proficiency in managing large scale PPC accounts ($10K-15K + per day budget). - Important
- Google / Bing certification a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Critical
Travel Requirements:
- Rare and only as per business requirements
Compensation :
- CTC will be aligned to market standards and commensurate with candidate's skills and experience
Selection Process:
