They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with generalist experience in manufacturing sector to be a part the plant based out of Gujarat.   Job Description :   Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for :   - Managing the end to end HR function for the plant) based out of Gujarat   - Bringing forth innovative HR practices in the day to day functioning of the plant and bringing in the structure of 'self managed teams'   - Managing the career planning and development plans for a staff span of more than 1000 people (including blue collar workers)   - Be the interface between the employees and the management with focus on helping solve work related problems, interpreting policies   - Identifying the training needs of existing employees and conducting need based training   - Managing retention of employees, employee morale and commitment   The Successful Applicant :   As a successful candidate you should have :   - 5 to 8 years of experience as HR generalist in manufacturing sector.
