Job Description:
- Design new and improved recruiting strategies.
- Control the recruiting team and draft a report on its performance.
- Monitor recruiting metrics that are recruiting time and recruiting cost.
- Assist hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Responsible for hiring manpower for Permanent Hiring
- Strong experience in Various operations / Recruitment Process
- Exposure on Executive level hiring of qualitative sources across the organization
- Generate the business from the existing clients and maintaining a healthy business relation
- Monitored and constantly reduced the costs of the recruitment process through the application of right mix of sourcing
- Coordinating with the Line Managers to get proper job descriptions for all the employees in the departments
- Well versed with different portals like Naukri, LinkedIn (Good network & reach)
- Hands on experience hiring for different positions across different industries.
Requirement:
- 6+ Yrs of experience in Recruitment
QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate/PG
TEAM MANAGEMENT: Yes
