- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive executional and conceptual knowledge of marketing, with experience managing budgets preferably exceeding 50 lakhs per month.
- Proficiency in managing Meta, Google, and Affiliate marketing campaigns for both web and app platforms, with a demonstrated ability to optimize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sound technical understanding of marketing tools such as Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) [e.g., Branch, AppsFlyer] and Google Analytics, including the ability to set up tracking parameters, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and real-time bidding (RTB) technologies is a plus, with the ability to leverage programmatic buying strategies to maximize campaign reach, efficiency, and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, and proficiency in leveraging each channel to achieve specific business objectives.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and ROI.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment and managing external agency relationships is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams
