Assistant Manager - Performance Management
- Performance Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to build evaluation/measurement frameworks to drive team & individual performance.
- Build & adapt key feedback processes like 360 feedback reports such that the process serves as a driving force for change within the organization
- Inculcate technology & lead development of tech-driven solutions in driving the organization BSC.
- Should be privy to the latest developments on how digital tech is being & can be used in performance enhancement for teams & individuals through goal-setting frameworks & feedback processes.
- Provide meaningful and impactful insights for improving individual & team performance through analytics. Should be highly proficient with analyzing performance datasets qualitatively & quantitatively.
