Primary responsibilities
- Good experience of working in both HR operations and HR strategy / organisation development / CoE projects
- Own the design and program management of the Firm's well-being programme including EAP services, fitness sessions, manager sensitisation workshops and communication of various wellness resources
- Design and implement creative recognition strategies to inspire efforts towards individual and team's well-being
- Ensure adherence to the wellness session calendar as per approved framework
- Liaise with vendor and Technology teams to maintain the upkeep of the digital well-being platform
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to promote a culture of well-being at the Firm
- Analyse and present data inferences from diagnostic surveys and service usage reports to develop Firm-wide action plans
- Closely work with internal project team to ensure adherence of manager training programme calendar
- Analyse and present data inferences from training programme related data (participation, assessment results, feedback ratings etc.)
- Provide accurate and comprehensive report submissions for various certification and recognition processes such as GPTW, CII
- Strong in design and strategic implementation of the projects responsible for
- Conduct thorough research on best practices and interventions
- Vendor management
