- Good experience of working in both HR operations and HR strategy/organization development/organization effectiveness projects
- Design and implement strategic HR interventions that aligns workforce with key business strategies
- Design and implement interventions for creating a coaching culture, building high performing teams, talent development, employee engagement in hybrid model, etc.
- Strong in execution of the projects
- Conduct thorough research on best practices and interventions
- Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans
