Lenskart is India's fastest growing optical business. We are looking for a position of Assistant Manager - payroll with the following requirements:-

Managing end to end payroll for the organization.

Maintaining variance register.

Conducting reconciliation periodically.

Detailed understanding of Tax / PF norms.

Aware of various salary structures and the components.

MIS & Dashboard.

Detailed understanding about compliance / certification related activities.

Statutory audits.

Chartered accountants would be prefered
