Responsible for assisting in processing of payroll, it would include:
- Collate payroll inputs from various stakeholders
- Automation and working on process improvements
- Collating and prepare FnF inputs
- Preparing reports and dashboards
- Verification of Investment Proofs
- Preparation of Monthly deliverables
- Timely preparation of reports for statutory tax payments including TDS, EPF, ESIC, PT and LWF
- Responding to client and/or employee queries
- Performing monthly compliance under different acts
- Participate in value addition for defining new processes and/or improving existing processes
- Work closely with seniors to execute assignments
Desired Profile :
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing
- M.Com/MBA
- Control over review of the input and output
- Knowledge of Payroll and related tax laws (Income Tax Act, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT)
- Experience of working on Payroll Software
- Understanding of Processes
