Our client is a leading Indian trans-national pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai. Our client seeks Assistant Manager HR in corporate based in Mumbai. This role reports to senior general manager HR and manages team.
The role is a part of the Central Operation team aligned to Rewards and compensation on activities related to India Payroll Processing and Compensation Data Management and Employee Data management . The role is responsible for creation of reports and dashboards. This role will require close interaction with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
India Payroll Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll updates, including those related to new employees, terminations, and pay rate adjustments.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Responsible for providing necessary information for internal and external audits
- Stay updated to payroll processing software systems, and procedures.
- Responsible for SAP system updates
Employee Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and governance
- Global Data Maintenance of all the employees on HRIS systems like - Salary management /Employee attributes / reporting structure, Maintaining Hierarchy, Changing Org Structures, Cost Centre Changes
- HRIS system updates with respect to various employee life cycle changes like
- Position Management: Creation / Modifications. Maintenance of trackers and consolidation of all Unbudgeted positions
Reporting:
- Use tools and technology for HR reporting on a timely basis
- Monitor achievement of SLA's and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence through dashboards.
Educational Qualifications - Master's degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.
Experience - 7+ years prior experience of HR Analytics
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
Prior experience managing India Payroll and HRIS systems - SAP
Experience in HR reporting
Understanding of Compensation, Benefits and Organization structures, processes, systems etc.
Excellent MS Excel skills, strong analytical and technical abilities
