- Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
- Handling employee tax calculations based on investment proofs.
- Handling compliance related to EPF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable Acts.
- Coordinate with the HR team, PF consultant, and other internal and external teams.
- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, and taxes.
- Processing employee reimbursement and benefits, ensuring that everything follows organizational policy.
- Calculating bonuses like Retention, referral, and gratuity as per company policy and applicable Act.
Record payroll data in Tally ERP and reconcile ledger balance MOM
- Ability to review the current salary structure and make a new salary structure as per organizational policy and Government laws.
- Performing Periodic Internal Payroll Audits.
- Preparing Documents for External and Internal Auditors.
- Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
- Should have good communication (both spoken & written) skills
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good knowledge of EPF, ESI, and Gratuity Act, ESOP, and other applicable Acts.
- Must have knowledge of Advance Excel, Great computational ability, and Accounting Principles
- Must have knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP
