3. to confront problems instead of neglecting them to effectively manage conflict
4. to increase cooperation and collaboration among employees
5. to increase organizational problem-solving
6. to put in place processes that will help improve the ongoing operation of an organization on a continuous basis
Role:
- Carryout Transformation in culture
- Boosting current employee engagement level
- Manage Employee engagement survey & creation of employee value proposition
- Ensuring the implementation of employee engagement calendar across the location
- Manage Transformation project in group
