Summary of the Role : Organisation Development & Employee engagement

Objectives to be achieved:

1. to increase the level of inter-personal trust among employees

2. to increase employees' level of satisfaction and commitment

3. to confront problems instead of neglecting them to effectively manage conflict

4. to increase cooperation and collaboration among employees

5. to increase organizational problem-solving

6. to put in place processes that will help improve the ongoing operation of an organization on a continuous basis

Role:

- Carryout Transformation in culture

- Boosting current employee engagement level

- Manage Employee engagement survey & creation of employee value proposition

- Ensuring the implementation of employee engagement calendar across the location

- Manage Transformation project in group

Technical Requirements :

- Good exposure in OD & Employee engagement
