- Create actionable deliverables for different change management and learning components
- Design and develop behavioural interventions to help the clients execute change activities to drive accelerated adoption and foster cultural change
- Build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain, organisational change management and learning
- Develop change and learning tools and accelerators to aid the internal team members for future engagements
- Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
- Analyse and evaluate learning solution effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
