Supply Chain:
Responsible for coordinating with 3PL to ensure timely Sales Order Processing and for smooth delivery transactions
Co-Ordination with finance Team for Credit Release Orders
Co-Ordination with Customer on addressing shipment queries
Responsible for end planning Neighboring markets and Order Processing in SAP for Export Orders of neighboring markets
Export Order processing right from preparation of proforma Invoice, receipt of LC, reading of LC, finance Coordination on LC receipt part, Shipment Coordination with approved CHA, and Documents Submission in Bank for Payment Re-imbursement
Export Involves, Export from different part of world to Bangladesh, Nepal and Srilanka
Responsible for all export Documentation and Archival
Overseeing and prioritizing the processing of export orders/documents
Responsible for periodic visits to warehouse to ensure smooth commercial operations and adherence of all statutory compliance
Ensure issues related to octroi and documentation required for movement of goods between stockiest/customers and and warehouse are resolved
Commercial, Statutory/Legal:
Working in close coordination with Finance Team and internal team to ensure timely Cheque deposition, inventory status, FOC issues, and sales return and monthly closing activities
Responsible for implementation of the credit policy in close coordination with finance team
Work closely with finance team for analyzing price differences in supplies for invoice price, receive necessary approvals and prepare credit notes
Coordinating with internal commercial and logistics team at various stages of export shipment & documentations.
Verification of draft export documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill etc. made by subordinates and CHA's.
Responsible for providing all the required inputs to finance/Commercial team members for preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly sales tax calculations for sales tax payment and timely submission with the sales tax department. Follow up for C forms.
Responsible for representing company on various legal matters in courts and forums
Service & People Management:
One-point contact for RM's and responsible for catering to all queries
Regional administrative work
Internal: Closely working with internal sales, commercial & logistics team
External: working and managing 3PL team, CHA and Neighboring market distributors
