Assistant Manager - OPEX Quality - Mobile/Handset/Consumer Goods Industry

Position : Assistant Manager - OPEX Quality

Candidates from Industry- Mobile and Handset OR Consumer goods industry preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- Experience in statistical/predictive modelling techniques like regression, multivariate analysis, forecasting, and reliability models, clustering techniques.

- Knowledge of data modelling using R/R is a big plus

- Experienced in Analytics Solutions as a developer

- Preferably experienced in at least one other statistical tool: SPSS, Statistical, R, JMP

- Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)

Nice to Have (one or more of the following) :

- Knowledge of quality manufacturing processes

- Experienced on using point-and-click applications, such as a Web browser

- Capacity to learn and visualize electrical parts and failure modes (i.e. Electrical Engineer)

- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset

- Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies

Education Qualifications / Experience :

- Engineering graduate / Master in Stats or Economics / Management Degree

- Experience in Hi-Tech, Mobile handset, Heavy Equipment industry

- Experience in managing after-sales service chain in warranty, reliability and product quality

- Work experience of 5-8 years of experience
