InnoQuest Consulting is looking out for a Assistant/Deputy Manager in Insurance Domain with a reputed shared services client.
Location - Pune (Hybrid)
Primary Responsibilities:
- People management & client management experience is a must
- Conduct one on one sessions with team members
- Ability to analyze and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Communicate with onshore and offshore teams for process level updates
- Ensuring SLA has been met as agreed with onshore teams
- Ability to resolve process level queries of the team and other parties across the organization
- Sound knowledge of Insurer reconciliation i.e. Reconciling of Insurer Statements against Business books
- Experience with keying and approving payments on the bank line
- Proactively review existing processes and implement control and efficiency improvements
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Desired Candidate Skills:
- People management & client management experience is a must
- Will be handling a team of 10-15
- Insurance background is a must
- AP and AR / AP or AR experience is a must.
- Years of Exp - 3 to 5
