Role : - Assistant Manager - New Product Initatives

Location - Mumbai

Job Description :

Overall Accountability- New Product Initiatives - ideation to implementation. Market intelligence, PMS communication initiatives, product communications, and attribution analysis.

Specific Responsibilities-

- Brings in new product/process/facility ideas which helps in enhancing business

- Keep track of competition

- Make product / market literature / presentations as required for domestic products from time to time

- Shortlist international funds based on internal quantitative methodology for international FOFs

- Make product / market literature / presentations for PMS products

- Make attribution reports in easily comprehensible format for equity & debt funds

Technical Competencies

- Knowledge of mutual fund & PMS products.

- Understanding of both equity as well as debt markets & the economy in general

- General understanding & knowledge of large companies/businesses from both equity and fixed income point of view

- Adept at excel and ability to develop quantitative models for testing / simulation etc.

- Ability to express ideas & knowledge through articles, notes, presentations etc.

- Knowledge of tools such as MFI Explorer ICRA, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg etc. is an added advantage
