Client Requirements and Loan Origination:
- Ensure that the offshore team meets client requirements effectively throughout the loan origination process.
Workflow Management:
- Manage and optimize workflow to achieve key metrics such as accuracy, average handling times (AHTs), and overall service delivery improvements.
Team Training and SOP Adherence:
- Train team members on process and initiatives according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective process implementation.
Quality Improvement:
- Review process queues regularly and initiate quality improvement plans to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze and improve processes to better meet client needs and drive continuous improvement.
Client Interaction Management:
- Manage interactions with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met satisfactorily.
Training and Development:
- Ensure team members have access to training and development opportunities, including cross-skilling, to enhance their skills and capabilities.
AHT Management:
- Monitor and manage Average Handling Times (AHTs) to ensure that service delivery aligns with established targets and standards.
Relevant Industry Experience:
- Proven experience in mortgage loan origination and process management, with a strong understanding of mortgage products, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Leadership and Communication Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience managing client relationships effectively
