Assistant Manager - Modern Trade - Retail

We have very urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager-Modern Trade in leading reputed retail industry based in Mumbai.

Job Description-

Job Responsibilities-

Budget on Multi-Year, Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly basis to ensure that revenue, category & SKU targets are properly forecasted and then achieved. Budgets to be deployed to all wholesale partners and get buy-in from partners to achieve the budgets

Responsible for ensuring and maintaining timely Payment cycles, Credit cycles & Credit Notes (if any) with the channel partners.

Operations

Work closely with Marketing, Projects and HR teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time with adequate manpower and all locations are maintained up to Bose Standards

Take responsibility of Sales Operations related to inventory forecast, sales orders, financial reconciliations and others documentation to ensure smooth back-end operations

Manage channel conflict and find resolutions while maintain strict adherence to Bose standards and policies. Manage all price conflicts based on approved agreements

Execute and coordinate the channel expansion as per the set fiscal plan through the assigned channel partners

Communication-

Communicate new products, product end of life, promotional offers, price violations, stock/payment reconciliations, MS & Audit reports to channel partners effectively and timely.

Timely interaction with all internal support functions - HR, Marketing, Projects, Training, Service, Logistics, Finance for all related tasks and create a culture of accountability and promptness in action/communication
