Assistant Manager - MIS/Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm - CMA

Qualification: CMA

Purpose:

Person responsible for analytical skills, who will support the company cost and financial data analysis.

Key Skills:

- Monthly Financial Closing: Preparation and analysis of monthly overhead costs; conversion cost; Material WAC; Job profitability;

- Job Costing: Preparation of job/project wise costing, analysing PO margins vs execution margins, freight cost recovery etc. COGS analysis;

- Cost plans: Preparation of plans in SAP for all erection / service orders

- Budgets & Rolling Forecast: Preparation of budgets in close coordination with senior management & department HOD's. Variance analysis of financials (Actual vs. Budget/ Actual vs. forecast etc.)

- KPI's & Overheads: Knowledge and understanding of key performance indicators and overhead costs of various departments. Preparation of overhead, KPI's and monitoring on monthly basis.

- Inventory Management: Member in fortnightly inventory planning. Monitor inventory on ground, pipeline, slow/non-moving inventory. Physical verification on quarterly basis, ageing & provisioning as per policy, Monthly WAC preparation, Valuation of FG & SFG.

- Activity Rates: Understand various activities / stages of manufacturing process, identify costs associated with them and prepare Activity based costing and load in SAP.

- Capex proposal review &monitoring

- Analyse plant performance periodically with variance functions and identify potential action items for management.

- Risk Monitoring &Controls in Manufacturing & Inventory process: Quarterly review and ensure compliance of defined process with

- Attending Internal / External Audits and further submission of necessary data in coordination with other functions

- Adhoc reporting requirement from Management
