As the Assistant Manager - Mid Market Sales, you will responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for assigned territory
What you will do:
- Researching, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets
- Acquiring new clients for the business in mid-market
- Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new Clients to maintain future association and ensure y-o-y growth
- Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in the preparation of daily reports and MIS
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have -
- MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred)
- Should have experience in sales in Small /Medium Business
- A strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO, etc.), especially in HR
- Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 7,00,000 to 9,00,000
