Our client is a Global LSP partner of Microsoft and is hiring for Assistant Manager - Microsoft Licensing role at Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities :

This role requires someone who has the ability to connect technology with measurable business value.

- Will be involved in understanding business requirement of clients & articulating suitable Microsoft licensing option & its benefits to them.

- Strong alignment with key stakeholders for all sets of customer managed and respective account manager.

- Answer Microsoft software licensing questions/ VLSC related issues for Enterprise Licensing Executives, Expert Connect Licensing Specialists, Account Executives, and Inside Sales Representatives as well as directly for customers when required.

- Timely research for specific customer or licensing sales complex inquiries.

- Be the - go-to- person for at least basic licensing questions and their relationship to how technology is utilized and being planned for by our customers.

- Gather best-practices information for a database to help our enterprise and strategic customers with market intelligence.

- Assist Account managers with software licensing cost analyses to ensure comparisons are accurate and customized to any particular customer's licensing situation.

- Maintain latest knowledge of current software licensing programs and parameters like return policies,pricing changes, upgrade opportunities that may enable the company to more effectively portray our value & maximize profits. Proactively communicate such changes to the company sales representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education : Graduate/ Post- graduate/ MBA (preferably with a Technical Qualification).

Experience : 3-5 Years relevant work experience.

Industry Exposure : BFSI/Manufacturing/IT/ITES/Defense/Central government/PSU

Certification : MCP Certified

- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Very driven, team-oriented, and active participant in accomplishing team goals.

- Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.

- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill.

- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
