Qualification : Post Graduation (Any) is Mandatory

Job description:

1. Executes the annual sales plan wrt the respective brand handled and expectations set for delivered & intake margins.

2. Prepares OTB (Open To Buy) and plans phasing of orders as per it.

3. Reviews orders placed / cancellation / changes that affect OTB - Performance Monitor Review.

4. Analysis various reports to understand category & respective brands handled performance and take appropriate actions.-Occasional responsibility

5. Plans & creates option plan / range plan and core orders for the season.

6. Handles purchase orders raising & releasing it on-time, In-Season Stock Management by ensuring core availability, OTC - Option Traffic Control, Off-ranging activity and inter store transfer of non-moving stocks.

7. Ensures delivery compliance - OTIF (On Time In-fulfillment) by continuous follow-up with the sourcing team.

8. Executes EOSS - End of Season Sale, seasonal wall launches and availability of focus articles on the 'Wall Launch Day'.

9. Visits stores in the city to ensure a competitive product offering.

10. Undertakes market trend analysis to understand current business vis- vis the current competitiveness of the products.
