Requirement : MBA with 2-6 years of experience in merchandising

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain the brand imagery in the store

- Vendor finalization for fabrication & maintenance of the fixtures and existing counters

- Create innovative Merchandising options, P.O.S. and dispensers for cost effective brand visibility

- P.O.S. planning foe new launches & permanent displays

- Ensure merchandising quality in the region as per brand guidelines, solely responsible for beat planning

- Vendor Management & cost control

- Design, develop and implementation of marketing programs that maximise consumer contact, awareness levels and achieve brand equity and brand image

- Regular competition mapping and take appropriate actions
