- Drive Key marketing activities for south & eastern states, Plan strategies with RSMs on marketing activities & promotion plans to increase the HP levels @ dealership level, Plan advertising & promotional campaigns.

Secondary Skills required:

- Plan& execution of ATL & BTL activities, Managing marketing field team, Recommend activities for increasing HP levels.

- Conduct sales training to dealer sales team on product and proper utilisation of sales tools. Ensure sop adherence.

- Should know Kannada or Telugu.

JD & Preferred skills:

- Reporting field activities with PDCA on regularly

- To handle marketing projects in specific market to increase penetration in sale in particular market segment based on requirement, Marketing Intelligence,

- Tracking competitors activity and reporting of the same-about their products, price, promotion and place.
