Asst Marketing Manager- Retail
Position Summary:
The Senior Executive for Marketing and CRM is responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies and customer relationship management initiatives to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and brand growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, data analysis, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align
- with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the regional and area operations head to devise effective and efficient store specific marketing plans and regularly check the impact of the same.
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive footfall, sales, customer engagement and are cost effective to generate maximum commerciality for the brand.
- Study the market and conduct regular competitor's analysis to prepare ATL & BTL plans for the brand .
- Prepare strategies to ensure the reach of the brand's loyalty program increases.
- Conducting surveys , research and various analysis to understand the brand's current customer base and accordingly prepare effective customer programs to increase the customer segment and reach .
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Design, execute, and manage customer retention and loyalty programs to enhance customer lifetime value and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment customer data, create personalized communications, and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with different customer segments.
- Coordinate and implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online and offline traffic.
- Collaborate with the digital team to optimize the brand's online presence and enhance user experience on digital platforms.
- Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, including copywriting, visuals, and videos, for various channels to communicate brand messages effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, customer behavior, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Generate insights from data analysis to refine strategies and make informed decisions to
enhance campaign outcomes.
- Prepare strategic online and offline strategies as per the brand's requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as retail operations, merchandising, and sales to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and promotions.
- Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Ensure seamless coordination of event logistics, visuals, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and CRM within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and digital platforms.
