Job Description - This is a brand management role, handling strategy as well as execution for the assigned brand under the guidance of Senior Manager Marketing/Marketing Head. This role has a mix of Strategy and Execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Fine tune Strategic Brand Vision & Brand Core for the assigned brand and Long Term Growth plan with Senior Manager/Marketing head
- Develop & Execute Yearly Marketing Plan to deliver on Business Objectives in alignment with Brand Vision & Brand Core
- Work closely with Business Head, Regional Business Managers and provide full support towards achievement of Business objectives
- Being Creative in developing Brand Communication both in various ATL (TV, Radio, OOH, DIGITAL), Consumer Promotions as well as BTL (POS, Events etc). Drive ROI on marketing investments by constantly measuring and evaluating spends
- Closely working with Ecommerce team to plan and execute performance campaign on the portfolio on Digital medium
- Track channel wise financial metrics and plan interventions to generate top and bottom line metrices
- Plan and execute BTL led marketing initiatives -for trade and consumer activations in key geographies
- Drive Innovation Pipeline Development for the Brand
- Day to day Coordination with Vendor as well as internal team (Packaging, procurement, plants, Supply Chain) for any changes with respect to Packaging and / or Aws as well as Estimates, PO, Bills and payments for marketing function
- Travel in key markets, develop strong relationships with the sales function, gather understanding of the market requirement and come back with suggestion for the marketing function to provide specific inputs to grow the brands
Profile :
- Flair of knowledge and experience in other functions like Sales and Distribution is must. Knowledge of Packaging (FMCG) is required. The position would involve close working with various internal stake holders of other functions at various hierarchy level. Travelling would be limited however, would be required.
- Exposure to all areas of FMCG marketing (Advertising, Media etc) is must. Expertise in one of the areas is added advantage
