Position: Asst. Manager-Marketing Communication/BTL for Trade Marketing (Leading Building Materials Co)

Role:

- Responsible to To Support the business by building brand across the market and create visibility. To ensure best of branding & marketing support to the retail channel partners

- Create & Execute brand visibility for the trade channel (shop branding)

- Coordinate with creative agency & vendors to design, print & dispatch all brand & product related POS materials to Sales regions

- Coordination with external vendors to develop, order & distribute all required of brand merchandise

- Experience in planning & handling trade partner events, exhibition stalls & BTL activities RWA activation, dealer meets, etc

- Understand regional specific market needs to forecast & plan BTL Strategy

- Custodian for ensuring brand guidelines in all brand communication

- Knowledge in print materials, creative adapts & video development

- Communication & coordination skills with various sales & agency teams

Requirements:

- MBA

- 5-10 yrs of experience in BTL Marketing Communication preferably from building/construction material brands

- Good understanding of the Marketing function

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Open to travel frequently

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Good Marketing Communication Skills

- Experience is handling agencies
