Experience in Years: 4-7 years

Qualifications: Master's in Marketing / Communication / Media / Journalism

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Promoting our products and services during events and across platforms

- Responding to customers' queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events

- Conceptualizing and coordinating the design of promotional material and sharing with online and offline channels

- Advertise company's and products/services on relevant media and channels

- Plan and manage company's PR and Press conferences

- Market content creation for company's website, product literature and other formats

- Design and share regular newsletters with company updates

- Track ROI for marketing campaigns

- Collect and Analyse customer feedback to inform sales and product teams

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand the products and define their USP's relevant to the customer requirements.

Specific skills:

- Good organisational and planning skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time and manage work pressure and to deadlines

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
