Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Management:
o Act as a liaison between the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to gather insights and feedback for content and campaigns. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing efforts.
2. Content Development:
o Create and manage engaging high-quality marketing content across various platforms (blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, etc.) and Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas that align with business goals and brand identity.
o Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with the latest marketing trends.
3. Creative Thinking & Graphics Creation:
o Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams to conceptualize and develop visual content for paid marketing campaigns (display ads, social media ads, etc.).
o Provide creative direction and ensure that all graphic assets are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creative outputs.
4 Marketing Campaigns:
o Support the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
o Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure alignment between creative content and campaign objectives , to make recommendations for improvements.
5. Vendor Coordination:
o Manage relationships with marketing collaterals vendors, including negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
o Coordinate with vendors for the production of promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and other marketing assets .Oversee the distribution of marketing collaterals and inventory to ensure their availability for various events and campaigns.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
o Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization .Maintain regular communication with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure transparency on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content development, stakeholder management, and creative direction.
- Experience in coordinating with external vendors and managing marketing collateral production.
- Experience in B2B marketing and working within cross-functional teams.
