Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Strategy

- Making various strategic decisions for the company using qualitative and quantitative analysis (financial modeling) -Industry research and analysis

- Analyzing market strategy of company. Market Sizing, Market Opportunities

- Understanding the commercial aspect of diligence and reporting the commercial synergies

- Supporting market assessment projects to strategically advise clients for geographic expansion

- Analyzing Company financial statement including KPI analysis

- Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends

Formulating the complete strategy road map of the concerned businesses with clear objectives for short term as well as long term goals. She/he is specifically responsible for the following :

- To screen macro & micro economic environment for the specific business, scan the market both domestic and international and help the Business Unit in identifying the addressable market.

- Based on the above, develop the strategy keeping the addressable market and USP of the business in mind.

- To develop enabling structure and processes which will make the strategy to happen.

- To facilitate the process of strategy development with the help of global strategy firm.

- To develop detailed roadmaps and to ensure that strategy is implemented.

- To support the process of Monitoring & Reporting of the status of implementation of various strategic initiatives.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- CA with 3-5 years of Experience & Demonstrate functional knowledge of large Indian organizations in strategy domain

- Strategic Resource Management, Decision making ability; motivation and development of employees

- Ability to lead team of managers while inspiring and influencing a diverse workforce.

- Proven expertise in the planning, execution and leadership of business strategies.

- An innovator with knowledge of various financial structures, Organizational transformational models, public communications and competitive intelligence.
