Assistant Manager/Manager - Volume/Bulk Hiring - Banking/NBFC

We are looking to hire an AM/ Manager who has strong experience in Bulk / Volume Hiring in Banking or NBFC.

Location - Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and Develop Hiring Strategy for Volume Hiring

- Will be responsible to drive the business targets for the team.

- Managing extremely challenging and time-bound hiring.

- Ability to drive the entire hiring process effectively.

- To create a high-end process and own the adherence to it.

- Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels

- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required

- Ensure client needs are being assessed continually and well communicated to teams to meet the delivery timelines

- To ensure People / Team Productivity

- Managing team and continuous up-gradation of team skills

- Should have the expertise to handle & develop Key Accounts

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in volume hiring preferably from RPO background.

- Highly energetic, problem solver and go-getter

- Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
