Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible to handle end-to-end recruitment for Hiring for the US Market for the IT Requirements & will manage a Team of 3 to 5 Recruiters.

Desired Profile:

- 4 - 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Hiring for IT Industry for US Market

- Strong experience in hiring for IT Skills for US Market.

- Role is not limited to sourcing/coordination

- Strong communication skills

- Candidates from Search Firms / Recruitment Agencies & having exposure in US IT Hiring can also Apply
