Location - Andheri.

Job Responsibilities :

- Handling overall fund management as well as working capital management, coordinated with various banks and financial institutions for catering to the financial needs of the organization.

- Co-ordinating and getting Sanctioned Credit limit for company from Banks/financial institutions which involved preparation of CMA data and another requirement from Bank etc.

- Scrutinize Sanction Letter and reply to Corresponding bank for Negotiate the Terms.

- Arranged Documents for availing Pre & Post disbursement from banks.

- Preparing Documents to avail Term Loan for CAPEX from Banks.

- Interacting with banks / financial institutions on day to day basis for drawdowns and submitting of certified utilisation certificates.

- Mapping conditioned laid down in the sanction letter and ensuring we follow it in letter and spirit SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF ATTENDING TO MAJORITY OF THE ITEMS BELOW IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY.

- Ensuring key business indicators and business performance are reported and presented to all relevant levels and departments of the company.

- Corporate MIS - Preparing MIS pertaining to cost, sales, operations, KPI preparing & monitoring, preparing dashboards for senior management, which explains the Key reasons of variances.

- Hands on Experience of End to end Budgeting Process and Forecasting Process.

- Ensuring the timely delivery of forecasts that support top management in decision making.

- Continually evolve the planning discipline by improving processes, communication, reporting, etc.

- Initiates all planning activities and creates annual plans.

- Pro-actively advises Senior Management on areas of concern, produces insight and recommends on corrective action.

- Analysis and Presentation of the performance of the Business to Senior Managers on weekly basis.

- Red flagging areas of concerns so that the company does not overextend itself financially.
