Assistant Manager/Manager - Treasury - Fund Raising/Liabilities/Proposal Making - Microfinance Firm

Organisation: A leading Microfinance company with assets of close to INR 500 crores (also a part of a large financial services group)

Role: Treasury

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:-

AM/Manager treasury role

- Proposal making for TL / NCD / Securitization / Direct Assignment etc

- Able to respond to bank's query

- Managing the new relationship with Banks / FI

- Managing the reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis- Internal as well External

- Have co-ordination with various stake holders like Banks, Rating agency, Auditors, Internal team etc

- Conversant with Excel, word, PPT

- Should understand Financials of the company

- Good at communication (Written, Oral)

- Team player, Go-getter
