Job Description :
Principle Accountabilities :
- Develop the main project plan and other associated plans for the project, working with relevant staff in the team and beyond as appropriate.
- Manage delivery of the project and work with the Head of Program Management for LD and others as appropriate to ensure sufficient resources for the project
- Ensure the project delivers the required benefits on time and on target, meeting quality requirements
- Support and administer the project board.
- Responsible for the definition, documentation and successful completion of various Project Gate and deliverables in timely manner within a project-management framework.
- The Project Manager will manage the whole projects to ensure transitions processes are developed and sustained.
- Develop and maintain communication at all levels across the organization to facilitate smooth and effective delivery of projects.
- Design, organize and facilitate change activity with staff at all levels and external stakeholders, developing changes that will meet their requirements and deliver the desired outcomes of the department.
- Promote new ways of working and facilitate change by ensuring buy-in and support at all levels of the service.
- Creatively apply business and technical knowledge to enable, support and review all aspects of change in the service.
- Lead the team of Executive and Assistant Manager in GBS and drive them as per Customer expectation
- Develop the excellent relationship with Site and understand their future need and develop the Organization Structure in discussion with vertical lead.
- Drive the Continuous improvement in Standardizing the Process across the Various Sites.
- Develop the functional expertise in the Team and increase the scope of activities
- May conduct the Operations review for agreed KPI & participate in QBR with site.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met
- Complete the timely performance review of the teams
- May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of management staff and outside individuals.
- Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results with in GBS / SITE CFT team
- Drive for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions related to GBS activity.
- Occasional travel to site locations.
Required Skills :
- Must have Project Management / Program Management experience in any Manufacturing Industry (other than Finance Sectors)
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- Any BE (other than IT) can apply.
- PMP Certification/ Prince 2 would be an added advantage
- 5 to 8 years experience post Graduation
