Asst Manager or Manager - Trading Operations
Job Description :
Responsible for day to day system operational tasks, understanding the user requirements, issues & queries, plan, execute and coordinate the various support activities for the business. Closely working with respective users & vendors to drive the resolution of the requirements, queries & issues.
Job Duties:
- Problem Solving; Multi-tasking; Quality Focus; Coordination and Teamwork;
- Independent and Self Starter; Quick Study; Technical Zeal; Professional and Effective Communication while interfacing with the client side teams
- User Management & Incident Management skills are required in the dynamic market environment.
- Strong system operations background especially Omnesys IOB, Greek & Broking/DP Back office
- Works with the Network & Server Admin team & has working knowledge of VPN, LAN, WAN and DMZ specifications
- Analysing workflow, access, information, and security requirements & protocols.
- Proactively identifying problem areas and/or potential improvements supporting key business objectives
- Exceptional Analytical Skills; 5-6 years of combined relevant experience and education
- Protects organizational value by keeping information confidential, preferred to be from the broking industry background.
