Asst. Manager / Manager (Trade Marketing - Alco Bev)

Responsibilities:


- Responsible for various trade marketing activities across various channels.

- Collaborates with the marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.

- Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment- ) by finding the most efficient solutions.

- Collaborates with sales teams to turn the - selling stories- into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.

- Supports local teams in the execution of their brand training programs.

- Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting with sales team's customers and stores.

- In charge of implementation of non-volume contractual deliverables across key accounts within the assigned region.

- Ensuring brand execution excellence during association with Opportunity Events.

- Updating Awards and Ratings for Brand Portfolio.

- Any other task as may be delegated by the reporting Manager or Senior Management

Qualification And Experience:

- MBA with 3-7 years' experience in Trade Marketing within the liquor industry, with a proven track record of driving business results.

- Deep understanding of the Indian liquor market, trade channels, and regulatory environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales trends to inform strategic decision-making.

- Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc...)

- Good at team management, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Ability to research and analyse large amount of data and strong knowledge of consumer industry.
