Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Deliver the projected sales number through sourced call centers.
- Plan and execute the sales process, and ensure compliance to the process.
- Manage cost of sales.
- Manage vendor relationship and ensure delivery as per guidelines.
Balanced Score Card :
- Financial Customer Centricity
Direct Impact :
- First year revenue
- Free look Cancellations
Indirect Impact :
- Sales volumes
- Total cancellations
Hygiene :
- Call center sales/ cancellations trends
- Managing Quality of sales %
- Risk, Controls and Compliance Development
- Execution of the laid down process
- Adherence of process laid down
Self :
- Enhance knowledge in Call center operations.
- Build on key skills i.e. Vendor management, Dialer management, and outbound selling skills.
Education and Experience :
- Graduate with minimum 3 years in outbound sales.
- No bar of premier B schools.
Knowledge :
- Knowledge on Outbound call center sales & vendor management is a key determinant.
- Knowledge on retail banking and Insurance sales would be added advantage.
Attitude :
- Carries a highly focused sales demeanor.
- Positive in outlook and can meet sales expectations.
- Drive, passion and focus to over-deliver on expectations.
- Ability to get the job done even in an ambiguous environment.
