- To develop and drive Employee Development activities for a leading FMCD organization on PAN India basis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop career growth plans with structured inputs in assessment and development for next level.
- Identify HiPo employees as key and critical; customize retention plans
- Responsible for Performance Management System & facilitating systematic reviews & KPIs for managerial role
- Ensuring PMS is conducted on regularly basis
- Implement Employee Engagement surveys & other such surveys to obtain feedback & develop actionable plans
- Conduct Workshops & training based on the inputs from the Engagement Survey
- Responsible for Competency Development & frameworks for roles / levels
- Responsible for developing & implementing Assessment Centres
