Assistant Manager/Manager - Talent Management - Conglomerate

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate, is into academia for the below mentioned position.

Position Name : Manager- HR

Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MSW/PMIR or any relevant post graduate degree

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Chennai

Work type : work from office (6 days)

Key Responsibilities :

Activities and Tasks Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

a. Will be responsible for entire Talent Management activities.

b. Responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment activities, Workplace planning.

c. Looking after the Onboarding and Succession planning.

d. Managing the Performance Management system.

e. Employee engagement, succession and retention.
