We have a immediate job opportunity for the position Assistant Manager/ Manager Talent Acquisition with a Technology Enabled Logistics Company based in Gurgaon,
Talent Acquisition:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer closure to onboarding for different functions across the organization by leveraging various cost effective hiring channels; online job portals & social media
- will be working closely with Resourcing Partners on the hiring mandates - communicating mandates, TATs with quality, regular feedback to ensure seamless communication.
- Managing candidates experience through frequent interactions and by providing proper feedback.. Salary is negotiable as per industry norms. It is not a constraint for the right candidate.

What will you do-
- Work with and assist internal recruiters and external recruitment consultancies
- Develop a recruitment strategy including recruitment campaigns
- Identify and develop talent pools in the market
- Manage Candidate experience and personally lead leadership hiring mandates
- Develop campus recruitment campaigns apart from the ones for lateral hires
- Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition processes on internal ATS
- Develop relationships with third party staffing agencies
- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities and reduce overall hiring costs
- Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates across all levels
- Assist in employee retention and development for achieving low attrition within the organization

Background
- You hold a Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
