Position Summary
TA Specialist - You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. Key Responsibilities
A. Manpower planning:
- Work with respective team leads to understand their requirements
- Understand the skills, qualities, and, experience required for various roles and build job descriptions
- Plan hiring timelines to fulfill position on time
B. Sourcing:
- Research into competitors and market place to understand the trends of sourcing, and compensations in different functions
- Source in CVs from various channels like Linked, Naukri, Monster, and IIMjobs, etc.
- Working with recruitment agencies to ensure a good supply of suitable profiles
C. Recruitment process:
- Facilitate shortlisting, and interviews with candidates as per hiring mandates
- Achieve and exceed the hiring benchmark within the given time period
- Sending out offer letters to selected candidates and sharing - Keeping new joiner warmed till he/she is on-boarded
- Maintaining candidate database and data points for recruitment metrics
Qualities and skills required:
- MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
- 5-8 year's experience in talent acquisition
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good exposure to using applicant tracking software
- Excellent common problem-solving led solving skills
- Proficient in Excel
Good to have:
- Prior work experience with a fast-paced set-up
- Willingness to stretch and go beyond the normal standards of schedule and expectations
