Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the firm's staffing needs, considering both immediate and future needs.
- Sourcing and Attraction: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking, and referrals.
- Hiring Process Management: Manage the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to making offers and onboarding new hires.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to understand their needs and collaborate effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the firm's brand as an employer of choice through various initiatives, such as career fairs and social media engagement.
- Legal Compliance
- Experience: 3-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strategic consulting and Deal Advisory hiring experience is mandatory
